This oil tank lid is a replacement 2 inch BSP screw cap designed for compatible heating oil tank fill points. It is used to cover the tank fill connection, helping keep the fill point protected when the tank is not being filled.

The cap has a female internal thread and is designed to fit onto a suitable 2″ male threaded fill point. It is supplied with a galvanised chain and clip to help keep the lid attached to the tank and reduce the chance of it being misplaced during filling or servicing.
