Atkinson 2″ BSP inlet fill point for plastic oil tanks.
This complete tank inlet point is designed to fit most plastic heating oil tanks and provides the common 2″ BSP threaded connection used by many oil delivery hoses. It’s fitted through a 2″ hole in the top of the tank and secured in place with the locking nut.
Supplied complete with:
- O-ring seal
- Locking nut
- Polypropylene cap with chain
How it fits
This inlet point requires a 2″ hole in the top of the tank. Access is usually via the tank’s 4″ or 5″ inspection cap (hatch). Pass the threaded section up through the hole from inside the tank, fit the O-ring, then tighten the locking nut from the outside to clamp it in place. Finally, screw on the dust cap.
Note: This is the inlet point only. Tank, inspection cap and tools are not included.
