We are legally required to supply goods that match the description provided on our Site. All listed items, including out-of-stock products, are displayed as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or details are error-free. Purchases are made at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel orders when necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping and Delivery

Oil Tanks will be delivered by the following method:

  • Kerbside Delivery – Estimated within 3–10 business days (when specified)

Smaller Products 

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (When Specified)

Delivery timelines exclude weekends and bank holidays and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Free delivery does not apply to postcodes starting with:
AB, BT, DD, EH, FK, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA20+, PH, PO30+, ZE.

Orders placed from these areas may incur additional charges.

Please provide complete and accurate delivery information. The Oil Tank Man LTD is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement

If you are a customer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period ends:

  • 14 days after you (or a nominated recipient) receive the goods (for single delivery items)

  • 14 days after the last item is received (for multiple delivery items)

  • 14 days after the first item is received (for subscription deliveries)

You may use the cancellation form included at the end of these Terms, but it is not required.

Exemptions to the right to cancel:

  • Custom or personalised goods

  • Goods subject to financial market fluctuations beyond our control

Effects of Cancellation

If goods have already been dispatched, you must return them at your own expense. We are not responsible for damage or loss of goods in transit during return.

Upon receiving returned goods (or valid return proof), we will refund your original payment including delivery costs—excluding any premium delivery options you may have selected. If goods were mishandled beyond basic inspection, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.

Reimbursements will be made promptly, and no later than 14 days after receiving goods or return evidence, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
