Atlantis 1750 litre square steel bunded oil tank with Imperium®.
This Atlantis 1750 litre square steel bunded oil tank is built with Imperium® Technology and is designed for secure heating oil storage where a more compact square footprint is preferred. Unlike longer rectangular tanks, this model uses an approximate 1320mm x 1320mm footprint, making it a useful option where available length is limited but a larger storage capacity is still required.
Its double-skinned bunded construction provides secondary containment, while the square steel layout gives a balanced, space-efficient tank shape. The Imperium® design focuses on durability, practical installation, standardised fittings and long-term reliability, with a removable fittings plate to make inspection and servicing more straightforward.
Atlantis 1750 litre square oil tank supplied complete with:
- 2″ fill point with aluminium drip cap
- Gauge option: No Gauge Required, Clock Face Gauge, Apollo Standard Gauge, Apollo Visual Gauge or Magnus HAWKi Monitor
- 1″ bottom outlet with FREE Ultra Compact Valve & Filter Upgrade (or standard filter valve setup if preferred)

The Imperium® range is designed around a modular steel tank concept intended to improve build consistency, standardise fittings and reduce unnecessary complexity. Atlantis highlights the removable and interchangeable top fittings plate as a key Imperium® feature, helping make the tank easier to inspect, service and adapt over time.
This tank has an approximate brimful capacity of 1853 litres, a nominal capacity of 1760 litres, and an approximate usable capacity of 1704 litres when fitted with an overfill prevention valve. The outer bund provides secondary containment, helping to protect the surrounding area if the inner tank is ever compromised.
The tank is manufactured in structural steel grade S275JR and is supplied with full-length base bearers. The optional Imperium® lockable top box provides additional protection around the raised top fittings area, while the optional mechanical overfill prevention device offers an added safeguard during filling.
This Atlantis 1750 litre square steel bunded oil tank is a strong option where you want a larger-capacity steel heating oil tank, but do not want the longer footprint of a rectangular model. Its square design makes it especially useful for installations where the available space is more even in length and width.

Tank delivery (important)
Tanks are delivered as a kerbside delivery. Off-loading and positioning/moving the tank on site is the responsibility of the customer/installer unless you select an off-load option (where available).
Delivery method for this tank
- Articulated lorry delivery: this tank is typically delivered on a large vehicle. Customer off-load is required (e.g. telehandler / forklift / suitable lifting equipment).
- HIAB off-load option (where selected): the tank can be off-loaded to the side of the vehicle. This is still a kerbside delivery and does not include moving the tank into position.
Access requirements
- Please ensure the route and delivery point are suitable for a large HGV/articulated vehicle.
- If you have restricted access (narrow lanes, tight turns, weight limits, low branches/overhangs), tell us before ordering so we can advise on options where possible.
- Drivers may refuse to proceed if access is unsafe or likely to damage the vehicle/property.
Before you order
- Check the tank dimensions and confirm it will fit through gates/side access.
- Prepare a suitable, level base before delivery.
- Plan your off-load method in advance if ordering with customer off-load.
Booking installers / fuel deliveries
Delivery dates are provided as guidance and can change due to haulage schedules. We recommend not booking installers or fuel deliveries until the tank has been delivered.
