Installation Tips

Cut pipe square and deburr inside/outside; ensure the tube is round

Push the insert fully into the pipe end so it sits snug and straight

Fit the nut and olive, seat the pipe fully into the fitting body

Tighten by hand, then nip up with spanners—avoid overtightening

On sealed heating systems, re-check and re-nip after the first heat cycle
